Lead Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

Duties

• Supervise Multiple Employees
• Install commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to include the following:

o Install packaged roof top equipment.
o Install split system equipment.
o Install copper line sets, including soldering and brazing when required.
o Install rectangular and round sheet metal duct.
o Install fiberglass insulation.
o Install air devices.

• Some out of town travel will be required.
• Be available to work some weekends if job schedules require.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience is required.
• Ability to follow direction is a must.
• Attention to detail is required.

Other requirements

• Well groomed, neat appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid social security card
• Lift minimum of 50 lbs, etc….
• Work as a team.
• Maintain timecard/route sheet
• Punctual
• Observe proper safety
• EPA certification
