Experienced Lead Foreman Wanted

Alderland Pool & Landscape Co., an established swimming pool and landscape design-build company with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Construction Foreman to join our team.

We specialize in high-end residential swimming pools, outdoor living spaces, masonry, and complete landscape construction throughout the Bay Area.

We are looking for an experienced professional who knows the trade, takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead crews, and is capable of overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool and landscape construction.
• Proven experience as a lead foreman, including managing crews and coordinating multiple projects at the same time.
• Swimming Pool Construction: Layout, excavation coordination, plumbing, concrete preparation, coping, tile, and masonry.
• Landscape Construction: Layout, grading, drainage, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, concrete form setup, hardscaping, and masonry.
• Strong experience with concrete, stone, pavers, retaining walls, patios, and related masonry work.
• Experienced operating construction equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and other jobsite machinery.
• Ability to read construction plans, establish layouts, and execute work accurately.
• Ability to organize crews, coordinate materials, and maintain project schedules.
• Must speak and communicate effectively in English.
• Must possess a valid California driver's license.

We need a working foreman, not just a supervisor. The right person will be comfortable working alongside the crew while directing daily operations, solving field problems, and ensuring that projects are completed correctly and efficiently.

Compensation

$40–$50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
