Lead duct installer

Currently seeking a skilled installer for residential duct systems. It’s all retro tear outs and replacements. Repairs here and there. Also we install insulation. We will teach how to install insulation if you don’t know.
What we’re looking for is someone who can tear out the duct under a house or in an attic and install new, quality duct systems. You must have 5+ years experience.
I am not looking for someone who knows how to work on equipment and can bring that to the table. Don’t need it. Don’t mention it I need a duct man.
Pay is by the job, not by the hour. Must have a driver’s license and a clean record. Must be professional and presentable.
Looking for someone to start in two weeks.
