The Role

We are seeking a professional Electronics Technician with a passion for the Custom Electronics industry. This is a role for a detail-oriented "craftsman" who takes pride in rack building, clean wiring, and seamless automation.

Technical Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years in custom A/V installation (TVs, projectors, receivers, and source units).

Infrastructure: 3+ years of experience in pre-wiring and trim-out (CAT5E/6/6A, RG6Q, 4CON) and expert-level knowledge of wiring topologies.

Retrofit Skills: Mastery of sheetrock cutting and wire fishing techniques.

Systems: Proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems and programming Control4 or Savant, Lutron or Vantage, and other control systems.

Workmanship: Responsible for the assembly, loading, and wiring of rack systems with supreme attention to detail.

Daily Expectations:

Maintain and organize a company-provided vehicle.

Reliable attendance with a 7:55 AM start time, Monday–Friday.

Professionalism in both client-facing interactions and job site cleanup.
