In search of an experienced Fence Installation Technician that can lead and instruct commercial installation crews in the field. Must be a responsible, self-driven individual who possesses leadership skills, and has the ability to manage personnel in the field to complete projects timely and accurately.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
• 3-4 years’ direct experience in the field.
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy.
• Knowledge of and expertise in proper fence/gate layout and installation techniques.
• Possess a thorough understanding of fence material specifications and their applications.
• Ability to communicate with clients on expectations of work being performed.
• Ability to lead and manage fence/gate installation crews on job sites
• Clean Florida Driver’s License.
• Pass drug screen.
• Must be able to endure constant exposure to the Florida work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read, confirm work orders and materials list.
• Verify that resources needed are on site.
• Lay out and measure projects for installation technicians.
• Direct the installation process while assisting and training helpers.
• Enforce proper use of safety PPE, safety practices and safety procedures.
• Communicate with Operations Manager on scheduling, manpower availability, and progress in the field.
• Complete jobs in a timely manner with minimal time delays.
