This isn't a desk job. It also isn't a full-time installation position. It's the perfect fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping crews succeed, and making sure every project leaves a happy customer behind.

Compensation & Benefits:

$45,000–$50,000 annual salary

What You'll Be Doing:

No two days will look exactly the same. Depending on the day, you may be:

Measuring fence projects and verifying layouts before installation
Reviewing takeoffs and material orders for accuracy
Supporting subcontractor crews with technical questions
Performing punch-list items and warranty work
Completing smaller repair jobs that don't require a full installation crew
Troubleshooting field challenges before they become expensive problems
Conducting quality-control inspections
Meeting with homeowners to answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction
Working alongside ownership to improve efficiency and installation quality
This is a highly visible role where your experience will directly impact both our customers and our team.

Someone who's simply ready for less physical wear and tear while staying in the business

Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable and will help you communicate effectively with both customers and installation crews.

Requirements

Several years of fence installation experience. Knowledge of wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain-link fencing is a major plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to perform measurements and material takeoffs
Comfortable using basic technology for scheduling, photos, and communication
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
