We are not looking for average carpenters.

We are a high-end custom remodeling contractor seeking top-tier lead and finish carpenters who can execute at a high level and are self-directed.

WHAT THIS JOB REQUIRES:

• 5+ years high-end remodeling experience preferred
• Ability to run jobs independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Clean, precise finish work
• On time, every time
• Takes ownership and fixes mistakes

SKILL SET:

• Custom trim & finish carpentry
• Cabinet install / built-ins
• Window & door install
• Bathroom remodels
• Tile work
• Deck framing & finishes
• Siding & roofing
• Drywall & paint
• Light plumbing & electrical
• Flooring install (no carpet)

WHAT WE OFFER:

• $30+/hr DOE — top pay for top performers
• Full-time, year-round work (40+ hrs/week)
• Monday–Friday + optional overtime
