Lead & Finish Carpenters — $30-50/hr — Year-Round Work — East Bay RI

We're a small, carpenter-led remodeling company. Historic
restorations, kitchen and bath remodels, ADU builds, and detailed
trim work across the East Bay and greater Rhode Island. Owner is on
site and swinging a hammer.

LEAD CARPENTER - $35-50/hr

Run the day-to-day on our projects. Manage a small crew on site,
talk directly with clients, own quality and schedule.

• 5+ years carpentry, including time leading a crew or jobsite
• Read plans, coordinate schedule, manage subs
• Confident, professional with homeowners on site
• Valid license and reliable transportation

FINISH CARPENTER - $30-45/hr
Detail work: kitchens and baths, custom built-ins, trim and
millwork, interior carpentry. Hands-on from day one.

• 3+ years finish carpentry
• Solid with common tools and techniques, works to a tight line
• Read plans, work clean and organized
• Valid license and reliable transportation

Experience on historic or detail-heavy work is a plus on either
role.
