We’re expanding our Raleigh, NC team and looking for a strong Lead Foreman with carpentry and acoustical ceiling experience.

What is the role of a Lead Foreman at Heartland Acoustics & Interiors?
Team leadership & training – supervise, train, and directs Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to complete work safely and correctly
Project & manpower management – schedule crews, tracks hours/labor coding in WorkMax, coordinates with Superintendent on staffing and materials
Quality & compliance – ensures installation meet plans, specs, and manufacturer standards; performs job site inspections
Safety & budget accountability – enforce safety policy, sets and tracks production goals to keep projects on budget
Customer service & communication – provide strong customer service, attends review meetings, handles AWA requests, and requires flexibility for nights/weekends/overtime
