Location: San Francisco Bay Area

We’re looking for a high-level Lead Foreman / Field Operations Leader to take over day-to-day construction operations for a well-established, fast-moving company.

The owner is stepping out of the field (not out of the company) and focusing on sales, growth, and client relationships. You’ll be the one ensuring jobs are executed at a high level — on time, on budget, and done right.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility and authority.

Your Role

• Lead and manage a crew of 8–10
• Run multiple jobs simultaneously
• Work hands-on when needed (tool belt required)
• Read and interpret plans accurately
• Coordinate inspections and deal directly with inspectors
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
• Maintain quality control across all trades
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and labor tracking
• Hold the team accountable and keep jobs moving

🛠️ What You Bring

• Strong experience across trades: framing, concrete, foundation, electrical, plumbing
• Proven leadership running crews and jobs
• Ability to read plans fluently and solve problems in real time
• High standards for craftsmanship and efficiency
• Positive attitude, dependable, no-drama mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus

💰 Compensation**

• **$100,000+ depending on experience
