Job Title: Lead Framing Carpenter / Residential Framer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, high-caliber Framing Carpenter to join our residential construction team. This position is strictly for skilled carpenters who can step onto a job site and immediately handle advanced layout work, stair building, and roof framing without supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Structural Framing: Lead and execute framing on high-end residential framing projects, ensuring everything is completely plumb, level, and square.
• Precision Layout: Expertly read blueprints to accurately lay out walls, plates, window/door openings, and load-bearing components.
• Complex Roof Framing: Calculate, cut, and install advanced roof systems including common rafters, hips, valleys, jacks, and pre-engineered trusses.
• Stair Framing: Layout, cut, and install stable, code-compliant residential stair stringers and stairwells from scratch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in residential rough carpentry with deep expertise in layout, stairs, and roof framing.
• Tool Proficiency: Must own full personal framing rigs and standard hand tools. Mastery of framing nailers, circular saws, and advanced math calculation for roofs/stairs is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy lumber, stand for long shifts, and work safely at heights, on scaffolding, or on pitched roofs.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to commute to residential job sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate:$35.00 per hour and up(Starting rate dependent on verified layout and framing skill set).
• Paid Holidays:Included in your benefits package (Specific paid holidays will be reviewed during the interview phase).
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with consistent, year-round residential work.
