Are you a skilled glazier with leadership experience and a passion for precision? We're looking for a Lead Glazier to join our growing team and take the lead on high-quality residential and commercial glass installations. If you take pride in craftsmanship, team leadership, and exceeding customer expectations, we want to hear from you!

🔨 Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform installation of windows, doors, shower enclosures, curtain walls, glass railings, mirrors, and specialty glass

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specs

Measure, cut, and fit glass with high accuracy

Supervise and mentor glaziers and apprentices on-site

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients

Ensure all work complies with safety and building codes

Maintain a clean and efficient job site

✅ Qualifications:
5+ years of glazing experience (residential or commercial)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficient with tools of the trade (glass cutters, sealants, lifts, etc.)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift heavy glass and materials

OSHA certification a plus

Speak Spanish a definite Asset
