Award-winning, employee-owned company with locations in 10 western states, headquartered in Irvine California, is seeking
(1) highly skilled Lead Plumbing Technician to hands-on manage and develop our commercial maintenance business. Plumber must have experience in large underground repairs, grease interceptor installs, hydro-jetting, line locators, sewer cameras, leak detection etc.
(1) Lead HVAC Technician to hands-on manage and develop our commercial maintenance business. HVAC Tech must be experienced at troubleshooting, programming controls, changeouts, crane scheduling etc.
*Great communication and customer service skills are a must
*Experience in team building required, willing to work overtime and weekends on occasion
*Tech Savvy
- able to use app to record shift, schedule jobs, upload photos, add notes is required
- Ability to read plans
- Active DL with clean driving record. Proof of auto insurance
