Lead HVAC Installer

Lead Installer (Mini-Split / Ductless) — DFW

$70K/year + bonuses | Full-time, year-round work guaranteed through winter**

We're a DFW-based HVAC company with a steady, growing pipeline — and we're not slowing down for winter. We have plenty of work lined up, including one large residential new build and several other new-construction projects already booked.

Most of our business is residential and some very light commercial work.

We install:

• Mitsubishi
• Trane
• Goodman
• Bosch

We're currently very heavy on mini-splits and shifting our focus to be mainly mini-splits going forward. Even if you don't have a strong grasp on mini-splits, we can train you, what matters is technical knowledge and the willingness to work.

We're looking for a Lead Installer to run installs, communicate with homeowners, and direct the crew on site. You don't need to already be a lead if you've got strong technical skills and drive, we'll get you there. We care more about skill and work ethic than titles.

Experience we're looking for:

• Regular unitary installs
• Duct installation
• Evaporator coil swap-outs
• Compressor swap-outs
• Condenser swap-outs
• Mini-split installs (big plus)

What you'll do:

• Lead installations from start to finish
• Read and follow equipment manuals and job specs
• Communicate directly with homeowners on site
• Direct and coordinate the crew
• Verify materials and job completeness before and during installs

What we're looking for in you:

• Solid technical HVAC knowledge
• Willingness to work hard and take ownership of the job
• Ability to run a job correctly without constant oversight
• Strong communication with both customers and crew
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
• Reliable and detail-oriented
