LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN

The HVAC Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Glendale, CA.
The technician will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including high-efficiency and Daikin-branded equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, completing scheduled service calls, and documenting work performed in a clear and timely manner. The role involves inspecting electrical and plumbing connections, checking refrigerant levels, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and communicating with clients about findings and recommended solutions. The HVAC Technician will work closely with the service team to ensure reliable system performance, uphold company standards, and support a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 6–10 years Residential HVAC with strong diagnostic ability.
• Lead Tech or Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Average ticket, close rate, callback rate, membership conversion
• Willing to take on team responsibility as we grow: Coaching technicians, sitting in on interviews, reviewing other techs' diagnoses
• ServiceTitan experience is required
