Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to oversee and execute the on-site installation of custom cabinetry and millwork. This role requires a deep understanding of fine woodworking, a commitment to quality, and the ability to manage site conditions, solve problems, and lead a small crew when needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable representing the company in high-end environments.

Key Responsibilities

Install custom cabinetry, paneling, and millwork with high precision and care
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and site conditions
Lead installation team members and coordinate with project managers and site supervisors
Perform on-site adjustments, field modifications, and alignments as needed
Troubleshoot fit issues and communicate solutions with the shop
Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety
Ensure each project is completed on time and to the highest standard of finish

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinetry/millwork installation
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, leveling, and anchoring techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable using a wide range of tools and installation equipment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
• Experience working in high-end homes and with demanding clients is a plus
