KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation Leadership: Lead and direct installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Installation Execution: Install awnings, pergolas, and other outdoor solutions with precision and care, utilizing ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Inspect installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to address questions, concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations.
• Material Handling and Organization: Ensure proper loading, unloading, and organization of materials at the job site and in the shop.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortable using common construction and installation tools.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and be active all day.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependable, positive, and professional.
• Experience in construction, installation, or hands-on field work

WHAT WE OFFER:
Compensation $32-$38 per hour DOE
8 hour shift Monday to Friday + OT opportunity
