Lead Installer / Framer – $30–$35/hr – Lead a Crew

🚨 NOW HIRING – LEAD INSTALLER / FRAMER 🚨
Southland Pools & Screens is looking for an experienced Lead Installer / Framer to run jobs and lead a crew.
We build high-end pool enclosures, patio covers, pergolas, and motorized screens—and we need someone who knows what they’re doing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading installs from start to finish
Framing and assembling aluminum structures
Reading plans and layouts
Managing and directing a crew
Ensuring jobs are done right and on time
Communicating with the office on progress and needs
What We’re Looking For:
Strong framing/installation experience (aluminum or similar preferred)
Ability to run a crew and keep guys productive
Can read plans and figure things out without being told every step
Reliable, shows up ready to work
Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

Work Area: shop is in Rosharon- jobsites thru out greater Houston area and out of town jobs/travel jobs
