We want someone who is familiar with all the facets of building maintenance and upkeep,
Were looking to offer $60 to $80k a year for the right candidate,
There are a few buildings that are in the same 2 block area which you would both do the maintenance your self as well as oversee contractors on larger projects,
Lots of responsibilities and lots of fun at the same time,
