What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day maintenance operations
• Service requests and troubleshooting repairs
• Unit turns and make-readies
• Plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
• Supporting property operations and helping keep work moving efficiently

Must-Haves

• Residential or multifamily maintenance experience
• Lead tech or supervisory experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Basic apartment maintenance tools
• Ability to work with urgency and stay productive throughout the day

Basic tools should include:

• Drill
• Screwdrivers
• Channel locks
• Wrenches
• Allen wrenches / 11-in-1
• Basic hand tools needed for apartment maintenance work

This is not an entry-level position.

We’re looking for someone experienced who can step into a lead role, communicate professionally, stay organized, and help keep maintenance operations moving without constant supervision.

You need to understand residential maintenance, know how to handle work orders efficiently, and be able to move with urgency throughout the day.

If you need constant supervision or struggle staying productive on-site, this probably isn’t the right fit.
