LEAD MAINTENANCE TECH - OPEN INTERVIEW HIRING EVENT!

The Pennsylvanian in Downtown Pittsburgh is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to support with all aspects of the overall and ongoing maintenance of the property. Responsibilities can range from engineering work such as HVAC or drywall, to maintaining inventory, to handling communications with residents and guests. This is a full-time position requiring ability to work during the week, weekends and holidays. The exact days of the week will be rotational. *HVAC certification required.

Also hiring a Chief Engineer to be responsible for driving the overall execution of the engineering program, including budgetary efficiency, proactive and effective maintenance, supporting competitive growth-oriented pricing, and the experience of everyone onsite – employees, residents, guests, third-party partners, and building ownership/management.

Open interviews will be conducted for both positions on Tuesday 10/13 from 9am-12pm and Wednesday 10/14 from 2-6pm. There is no need to RSVP, please arrive anytime during these time frames and let the front desk team know you are there to interview for one of these positions.
