Lead Maintenance Technician for Gutter, Window, & Roof Cleaning

We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy, and ambitious Lead Exterior Maintenance Technician to operate and grow a new territory in Austin TX for gutter cleaning, window washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, and yard service. Current business owners encouraged to apply!

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who wants the stability and support of an established company with the earning potential and and responsibility of building your own business.

We provide 4 weeks paid training in Honolulu or Seattle, a company vehicle, all required equipment, and a guaranteed full time salary while we grow the territory together.

Responsibilities

• Spend one month in Oahu Hawaii or Seattle, WA for training
• Professionally clean gutters, windows, and roofs
• Safely work from tall ladders and on steep and dangerous roofs
• Talk to customers and offer ways to improve their properties
• Manage materials, equipment, inventory, and vehicles
• Self-motivate to always be on time and get jobs done
• Provide leadership as the territory grows
• Follow company safety and service standards

Qualifications

• 1 Year Minimum of verifiable professional experience cleaning gutters, windows, or roofs - with a reference we can contact
• Strong ladder skills and confidence working safely at heights
• Comfortable working on tall and steep roofs
• Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, honest, self-motivated, accountable, and articulate
• Able to lead others and take responsibility for the success of a territory

Compensation

• 1 month paid training in Oahu, Hawaii or Seattle Washington.
• Guaranteed 40 hour base salary, regardless of workload.
• Additional revenue share on all work in your territory.
• Expected earnings: $60-80k / year
• Company vehicle, equipment, and materials provided
