Lead Maintenance Technician – Immediate Hire

Ayla at Castle Hills is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team for immediate hire.

We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional with strong apartment maintenance experience who can take ownership of the property's day-to-day maintenance needs and help ensure our community is maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications & Experience

HVAC certification required
Prior multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
Strong plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills
Knowledge and experience working with boilers and boiler systems
HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs
Appliance repair
Unit turns and make-ready work
General carpentry, drywall, painting, and property repairs
Preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
Ability to prioritize work orders and manage multiple maintenance needs
Willingness to participate in emergency/on-call maintenance as required
