Lead Maintenance Technician - Montrose - Property Management

We are looking for an experienced, reliable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee facility operations and hands-on maintenance for a high-rise residential property in the Montrose area.

Key Qualifications

Electrical & Plumbing: Strong hands-on experience in high-rise or apartment maintenance required.

HVAC Experience: HVAC certification/experience is a major plus.

Lead Capabilities: Ability to prioritize work orders, manage daily building needs, and handle emergency repairs.

Requirements: Reliable transportation, basic tools, and a strong work ethic.
