Description
Atlanta Commercial Realty, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dependable maintenance professional for Dunwoody Trails Townhomes, a 50-unit community in Dunwoody, GA. Our longtime technician is retiring, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and wants a long-term position.
This is the property’s primary maintenance position, working independently with support from the property manager and outside contractors as needed. There are no employee supervision responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Resident work orders and general repairs
- Plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs
- HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance and repair
- Preparing vacant townhomes for move-in
- Preventive maintenance
- Basic pool chemical checks
- Maintaining supplies and work-order records
- After-hours emergency on-call coverage
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair skills
- Apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Plumbing, electrical, appliance and general repair skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Dependable, professional and respectful with residents
