Lead Maintenance & Turn Tech – $30–$34/hr + Bonus Denver

We fix up and maintain single-family rental homes across the Denver metro. We need an experienced multi-trade tech to diagnose problems, make repairs, and run turns and rehabs with a helper.

THE WORK:

• Carpentry: framing, cabinets, windows, case and base
• Finishes: drywall, flooring, tile, interior/exterior paint
• Exterior: siding, deck repairs, and light roofing
• Light plumbing and light electrical
• Diagnose HVAC and plumbing problems
• Document scope and photos, lead your helper, and close out jobs on our apps

YOU NEED:

• 4+ years in maintenance, turns, rehab, or remodeling
• Skilled in most of the trades above
• Your own tools and a reliable truck or van
• Valid driver's license and a smartphone
• Reliable attendance. This matters most.

BIG PLUS:

• EPA 608 or EPA RRP certification
• Colorado plumbing or electrical license
• HVAC or rental property experience
