Lead Marine Technician/Shop Foreman Wanted. Competitive Pay

Coeur d'Alene Marine Sports is expanding and in need of a certified Technician who is wanting to take a leadership role and help grow the business.

We Are a local family owned business who specializes in pontoon and outboards. We are an authorized Suzuki, Mercury, Volvo Penta, South Bay, Dockside, Crownline dealer. Over the last 12 years we have established a loyal customer base and are expanding needing more quality team members to continue our growth.

Job Roles/Expectations:

We are looking for a Certified Marine Technician who is responsible for no less than 3 other technicians who can accurately diagnose and repair customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner.

Job duties include but are not limited to;

•Assessing customer concerns and advising on course of action.

•Assisting and coaching technicans on best practices and daily duties.

•Working directly with the Service Manager and General Manager to coordinate new boat deliveries and customer services to ensure customer happiness and company profitablity.

•The ability to ascertain Warranty Concerns and advise on course of action.

•Ability to lift 25 lbs

•Forklift skills are recommended but not required

Workdays are;

Mon-Fri 0800-1700

Sat & Sun Closed
