Lead Mechanic – Run a Private Shop (Performance-Based Pay)

I'm Looking for a top-level mechanic to run day-to-day operations for my private shop.

This is not a helper position — you will be in charge of keeping everything running, organized, and handled.
You’ll have support when needed, but you are the one leading it.

What you’ll be working on:

Diesel trucks (including work trucks and dump trucks)

Heavy equipment
Fleet of gas service trucks
Small engines (mowers, blowers, etc.)
Motorcycles and anything else with a motor

Your role:

Oversee and run the shop day-to-day

Keep everything clean, organized, and efficient
Stay ahead of maintenance and repairs
Diagnose and fix problems without supervision
Keep a fleet of service/construction trucks up and running

What I’m looking for:

Strong diesel and all-around mechanical experience

Highly organized — this is critical
Self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to do
Takes pride in their work and their workspace
Someone who can take ownership and lead
