Lead Millwork Installer (Crew Leader)

Czar Millwork is seeking an experienced Lead Millwork Installer to join our team. We are looking for an installer who already works with a small, reliable crew and is capable of independently completing high-end commercial millwork installations.

Our projects include luxury residential, hospitality, multifamily, and commercial interiors throughout New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

Responsibilities

-Lead the installation of custom architectural millwork on commercial job sites.
-Supervise and manage your installation crew.
-Read and interpret shop drawings, installation details, and work orders.
-Coordinate with project managers and site superintendents.
-Ensure installations are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
-Maintain a clean, professional jobsite.
-Identify and resolve field issues while communicating with the office.
-Represent Czar Millwork professionally with clients and general contractors.

Qualifications

-5+ years of experience installing high-end architectural millwork, cabinetry, and custom interiors.
-Existing installation crew preferred.
-Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings.
-Own professional installation tools.
-Reliable transportation.
-Valid driver’s license.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
-Ability to travel throughout the NY/NJ/CT area.
-OSHA certification is a plus.
