LEAD MOVER / INSTALLATION CREW LEAD

Growing interior design and home staging company in Los Angeles is looking for an experienced Lead Mover to help manage furniture deliveries, installations, warehouse organization, and project logistics.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can lead a small crew while working in high-end residential homes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead furniture moving and installation crews
• Load and unload furniture safely
• Protect client homes and furnishings
• Coordinate with designers and project managers
• Help organize warehouse inventory
• Assemble furniture and staging items as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Prior moving, furniture delivery, staging, or installation experience required
• Ability to lift and move furniture safely
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience driving box trucks
• Warehouse experience
• Crew lead or supervisor experience

Compensation:

• $25-$30 per hour DOE
• Overtime available
• Opportunity for long-term growth into a full-time leadership role
