Lead Painter – Remodeling Projects Travel Required

We are looking for an experienced Lead Painter to join our growing remodeling team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy leading a crew, and are willing to travel for remodeling projects, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary: $60,000 per year + Performance Bonuses + Travel Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial painting projects.
• Apply high-quality interior and exterior finishes.
• Supervise and train crew members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Communicate with project managers and clients professionally.
• Travel to remodeling project locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional painting experience.
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel for out-of-town projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on high ladders and boom lift
