Cobalt Exteriors is a growing exterior remodeling company serving King and Snohomish Counties. We handle siding, windows, roofing, decks, gutters, and painting for homeowners and multi-family properties. We're looking for an experienced Lead Painter to run our painting work in the field and set the standard for quality on every job.
What You'll Do
Lead painting projects from prep through final walkthrough
Direct and mentor crew members; keep the job on schedule and on budget
Handle surface prep, caulking, masking, priming, and finish application on exteriors
Communicate daily with the Production Manager on progress, materials, and job conditions
Keep the truck stocked and organized, materials accounted for, and receipts turned in same day
Maintain a clean, safe job site and represent Cobalt professionally with homeowners
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional exterior painting experience, including 1 year in a lead role
Strong knowledge of prep, coatings, sprayers, and ladder/staging safety
Comfortable working at heights on multi-story residential and multi-family projects
Valid WA driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to read a scope of work and hit a labor budget
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
