$27 - $30 per hour DOE + monthly bonus after probationary period

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Working Paint Foreman (Supervisor) who:

Minimum 5 years of residential painting experience and at least 2 years of manager/foreman experience.
Excellent airless spray skills required - exterior stucco, doors, trim, woodwork, etc.
Strong masking and job site protection skills.
Brush and roll experience.
Comfortable with prep, stucco repairs, drywall repairs, and wood repairs.
Able to direct/train other helpers and painters.
Reliable, punctual and productive.
Clean, professional appearance around high-end homeowners.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Opportunity to advance into a Foreman position based on performance.
Takes pride in delivering top-tier, detailed work. Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all painting tasks.
Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and address their needs professionally.
Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week and some Saturdays as required.
