LEAD COMMERCIAL PAINTER

Compensation: $28–$32 per hour, based on experience

We are looking for someone to join our team! This is a full-time position for a skilled worker with commercial painting experience who can start and finish jobs independently - available immediately.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Commercial painting experience
• Advanced surface preparation skills
• Spray, brush, and roller application
• Experience operating scissor lifts and boom lifts
• Ability to complete projects independently from start to finish

Description of duties:

• Follow verbal instructions and communicate with Supervisor/Project Manager
• Work diligently with a team
• Complete all assignments on-time
• Maintain a clean work environment and professional attitude

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic tools including 6’ ladder
• Bilingual
• Good communication skills (writing & verbal)
• Proficient in email and knows how to use Smart Phone
• Reliable Transportation - must have a truck or van w/ ladder rack
• Driver's License
• Flexible hours mostly evenings and weekends when necessary
