Lead Painter/Site Foreman

LEAD PAINTER / SITE FOREMAN — MLavoie Architectural Coatings(Portland, ME)
a premium residential painting company serving high-end builders across Southern Maine. We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead crews on interior/exterior projects for custom homes.

What you'll do:

Run day-to-day operations on job sites — scheduling, quality control, material staging
Lead and mentor a crew of painters, hold the line on our finish standards
Communicate directly with builders, GCs, and clients on-site
Ensure jobs are prepped, painted, and completed to spec and on schedule

What we're looking for:
5+ years residential painting experience, with leadership/foreman experience preferred
Strong knowledge of prep work, spray/brush/roll application, and high-end finishes
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
Professional, detail-oriented, comfortable representing us in front of clients
