Lead-quality carpenter for custom residential work

Small, growing general contractor is looking to add project managers and lead carpenters to our in-house frame-to-finish crew. We specialize in the restoration and conversion of antique barns and homes, but our portfolio includes more conventional high-end renovations and custom new homes. We place a high priority on an enjoyable and satisfying work environment and are looking for like-minded individuals.

The ideal candidate has:

• 8+ years professional experience
• Broad skillset and comfort through all phases of construction
• Professional demeanor and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve in the field on complex projects
• Facility with architectural drawings and specifications
• At least 9 out of 10 original fingers
• Reliable personal transportation
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

Competitive pay and benefits (health insurance, PTO, retirement match) offered. While we will accept applicants on a per-project 10-99 basis, we are looking to bring in long-term employees to a company that is growing rapidly and has room for advancement.
