ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you the best residential sparky in the SCV? David Electric is looking for a high-level Lead Electrician with at least a decade of field experience to handle premium residential service, panel upgrades, and custom projects throughout Santa Clarita.
We skip the complex benefit packages and put the money directly into your pocket. If you know the NEC inside and out and can handle high-end homeowners with ease, this is the highest-paying seat in town.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
Top-Tier Hourly: $30.00 – $100.00 / Hour (Based on experience and license).
Uncapped Commissions: Earn additional percentages on service upgrades, EV chargers, and equipment installs you close in the field.

SCHEDULE & LOGISTICS
Shop-Based: Report to our Santa Clarita shop each morning to coordinate and dispatch. (Note: No take-home van).
Work-Life Balance: Consistent 40-hour weeks with no mandatory weekends or on-call.
REQUIREMENTS
10+ Years of verifiable residential electrical experience.
Safety & Compliance: Must be insurable with a clean driving record (No DUIs) and able to pass a drug test.
Local Reliability: Ability to report to the Santa Clarita shop on time daily.
Professionalism: Ability to explain technical solutions to homeowners clearly and professionally.
