We’re looking for the guy customers ask for by name.

Genesis Group FL is launching our Handyman & Home Services division, and we’re looking for an experienced, professional, well-rounded residential service technician to become one of the first members of the team.

If you’ve spent years working in high-end homes, can handle a punch list without someone standing over you, take pride in your work, and believe the house should be cleaner when you leave than when you arrived, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

We’re looking for someone experienced in most of the following:

• General home repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry and trim
• Doors and hardware
• Drywall repairs and patching
• Painting and touchups
• Cabinet adjustments and repairs
• Shelving and closet systems
• TV, mirror, artwork and fixture mounting
• Caulking and finish work
• Minor tile repairs
• Basic plumbing troubleshooting and repairs
• Basic electrical troubleshooting
• Punch-list work
• Property maintenance
• General residential troubleshooting

You do not have to be an expert at everything.

You DO need to know what you’re doing, recognize when something requires a licensed specialist, and never “wing it” inside a customer’s home.

You must:

• Show up on time
• Be clean and presentable
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Protect floors, furniture and finished surfaces
• Keep an organized work area
• Own your mistakes
• Take pride in the finished product
• Clean up completely when you’re finished
• Be comfortable working in luxury homes
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history
• Pass a background check
• Be dependable

We work in beautiful homes throughout Palm Beach County. Our customers expect professionalism, and so do we.

COMPENSATION

$35–$40+ PER HOUR depending on experience and ability.

For an exceptional candidate, we are willing to pay accordingly.

This is intended to be a full-time, long-term position, not temporary construction work.
