## Position Overview

The Experienced Plumber / Field Operations Leader will serve as one of the foundational members of our company. This individual will help establish field operations, mentor technicians, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

This role is ideal for an experienced plumber who enjoys leadership, takes ownership of their work, and wants the opportunity to grow alongside a company rather than simply work for one.

## Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service and repair
• Diagnose plumbing problems accurately and recommend appropriate solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Mentor apprentice and junior plumbers as the team expands
• Help establish field procedures and operational best practices
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Assist with recruiting and developing future plumbing technicians
• Support inventory, vehicle, and equipment management
• Represent the Mr. Rooter brand with professionalism and integrity
• Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth

## Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience leading or mentoring plumbing teams
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience with drain cleaning, water heaters, sewer diagnostics, and plumbing repairs
• Georgia plumbing license is welcomed but **not required** for this position
