Lead Service Tech - Warehouse manager - Apprentice

Job Overview

We are seeking a fit, heathy, positive person to manage our service dept, manage warehouse inventory and assist with our deliveries. We sell, service, deliver and install hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, and swim spas. Commitment to excellence both while working as a team and in how you interact with clients is paramount.

Responsibilities
-Field service calls, troubleshoot repair, complete repair, bill customer.
-Repair pumps, diagnose electrical malfunctions
-Monitor, stock and order repair parts, service parts, and in our warehouse

• Provide exceptional customer service during service and deliveries.
• Operate our specialized delivery equipment (pry bars, airbags, sleds, rollers and more).
• Navigate and prioritize stops based on location on the island.
• Ability to drive and back truck and trailer helpful.
• Utilize forklift and pallet jacks for deliveries and use in our showroom and warehouse.

-Intermediate mechanical knowledge and use of all cordless hand tools
-Knowledge of loading and unloading products and equipment and securing loads properly and safely.
-Perform some heavy lifting of products.
-Learn to troubleshoot and service all of our products.
-Ability to use google suite and various web based dealer portals (we can train you on this).
Experience
While we would love to hire someone with experience; we are also willing to train the right candidate.

Basic knowledge that will help you excel in this role: use of tools, ability to think ahead and assist lead installers, diagnose leaks, electrical malfunctions, easily use technology, customer focused, curious learner, love working outside, live an active lifestyle
