Pay: $40.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Approx. 18–24 hours/week). Highly flexible shift start times!

About the Gig:

We are looking for an autonomous, reliable, and mechanically inclined Lead Manager to run our boutique manufacturing shop floor in Sebastopol.

We manufacture high-end vertical garden and living wall systems.
Because the owner handles design calls and administration in the mornings, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy.

You will be trusted to operate processing machinery, assemble custom irrigation/hardware kits, audit client order dimensions for accuracy, and prep freight shipping.

Who You Are:

You have a strong mechanical aptitude, love varied hands-on projects, and take pride in keeping a shop pristine and efficient. Because this role requires calculating material layouts from project dimensions, a meticulous eye for detail is mandatory. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, have a clean driving record and a reliable truck for local greenhouse plant pickups, Home Depot runs, and local/city product deliveries (full IRS mileage reimbursement at 72.5¢/mile and secondary corporate liability coverage provided).
