Lead Stone Countertop Installer – High-End Custom Work

Are you a skilled stone installer who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship?
Natural Stone Interiors is looking for an experienced Lead Stone Countertop Installer to join our team.

We specialize in high-end custom residential projects featuring natural stone, quartzite, marble, granite, and engineered quartz. Our work often involves expensive materials, intricate details, and challenging installations that require exceptional skill and precision.

We are not a production countertop shop. Every project is different, and quality craftsmanship is our priority.

Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for a skilled professional who can confidently lead an installation crew and take ownership of each project from start to finish.

Extensive experience installing natural stone and quartz countertops, including high-end custom work.

Comfortable working with delicate, expensive, and challenging natural stones, including quartzite and marble.

Excellent seam-setting, field fabrication, polishing, and finishing skills.

Ability to surface polish a variety of materials.

Experience with large islands, mitered edges, full-height backsplashes, and complex installations.

Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to read shop drawings, understand detailed instructions, and execute work accurately.

Excellent communication skills: Listens carefully, asks questions when clarification is needed, communicates issues proactively, and follows through on instructions.

Ability to lead a crew while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Countertop templating experience is highly preferred. Experience with Proliner digital templating is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Professional attitude when interacting with homeowners, builders, designers, and other trades.

About the Position

Installation will be your primary responsibility, but our team is cross-trained to handle different aspects of our work. Depending on our installation schedule, you may also perform digital templating, assist with fabrication, or help with other shop projects.

Compensation & Benefits
