Luxury Electronics Inc. (LEI) is a licensed electrical contractor and AV integration company based in Las Vegas, specializing in high-end home theater, whole-home audio, automation, lighting control, surveillance, and structured cabling for luxury residential and commercial clients. We've been in business since 2002.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to run point on jobsites — someone who can lead a crew, handle both electrical and low-voltage scopes, and represent LEI professionally in high-end homes and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing:

Leading installs on-site: electrical rough-in and trim, low-voltage rough and trim, rack builds, programming/commissioning of AV and automation systems
Directing and mentoring junior techs on the crew
Reading plans and low-voltage/electrical drawings, troubleshooting issues in the field
Communicating directly with clients, GCs, and project managers on job progress
Ensuring work meets code and passes inspection

What we're looking for:

Solid hands-on experience in electrical and/or low-voltage/AV work — ideally both
Comfortable leading a small crew and taking ownership of a jobsite
Experience with home automation, structured cabling, or surveillance systems a big plus
Clean driving record, reliable transportation, own basic hand tools
Professionalism — you'll be working in high-end homes and need to represent the company well

Pay: Competitive pay structure based on production — top techs earn well above standard hourly rates. Guaranteed minimum wage floor, with real upside for technicians who work efficiently and do quality work. Pay discussed in detail at interview.
