LEAD WINDOW & DOOR INSTALLER – W-2

Blair Windows & Doors is a locally owned window and door company serving Metro Indianapolis since 1955. We are looking for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experienced residential window and door installer
• Must be able to operate a window brake
• Must have your own professional installation tools
• Ability to lead an installation crew
• Strong knowledge of proper window and door installation
• Ability to troubleshoot jobsite issues
• Reliable, dependable, and professional
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to safely lift and handle large windows and doors

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and perform residential window and door installations
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer and Blair standards
• Operate window brake for trim and flashing
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Train and assist other installers
• Complete quality checks and service work as needed
