Lead Installer – Cabinet & Interior Installations (Full Time)
Pinnacle Apartment Supply is seeking a full‑time Lead Installer to join our team.
This role combines hands‑on installation work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring our installation team is supported, organized, and delivering high‑quality results across apartment communities and residential homes.

Role Overview

The Lead Installer is responsible for installing cabinet doors, interior doors, blinds, cabinet boxes, vanity mirrors, and related hardware — while also overseeing other installers, managing jobsite readiness, updating material lists, coordinating schedules, and communicating with customers and property staff.

Responsibilities

Lead Installer Oversight — Support and guide other installers, ensuring they have tools, materials, and clear direction

Jobsite Coordination — Prepare units, verify measurements, update material lists, and track needed parts

Customer Follow‑Up — Communicate professionally with customers and property managers regarding scheduling, progress, and completion

Scheduling Installs — Coordinate installation timelines and ensure jobs stay on track

Hands‑On Installation — Install cabinet doors, cabinet boxes, interior doors, blinds, vanity mirrors, fillers, side panels, and box replacements

Remove and replace hinges, brackets, and hardware as needed

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

Follow all safety procedures and jobsite guidelines

Requirements

Installation or construction experience preferred (training available)

Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely

Ability to lift materials and work on ladders when needed

Strong communication skills and ability to lead others

Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and pride in workmanship

Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
