Lead/Foreman Residential Carpenter - NOW HIRING!

About the Role

We are a locally owned residential service and construction company seeking an experienced well rounded Carpenter with a strong background in general construction and residential repairs.

This role is ideal for someone with broad hands-on experience who can work independently, communicate professionally with homeowners, and complete quality work across a variety of residential projects. Our work includes framing, roofing, siding, drywall, flooring, concrete, plumbing repairs, and general property maintenance.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and maintaining clean, professional jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry, repair, and maintenance work
• Complete framing, siding, roofing, drywall, and flooring projects
• Assist with concrete work, minor plumbing repairs, and general construction tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair residential property issues
• Read measurements and complete projects accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers, crew members, and office staff
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely

Requirements

• Must have 10 years of general construction or handyman experience
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods and repairs
• Must have experience with framing, roofing, siding, drywall, flooring, and concrete work
• Basic plumbing and general repair experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage small groups on a variety of simultaneous project types
• Able to estimate and manage projects to completion within projected timelines
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail

This position is best suited for an experienced individual who is dependable, self-motivated, and capable of producing high-quality residential work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential remodels or property maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, or other equipment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
