McCon Industries is looking for reliable and motivated individuals who want to learn a **specialized trade that pays**.

We are hiring and training **bathtub and shower refinishing technicians**.

Tub glazing is similar to **auto body refinishing, spray painting, and surface restoration**, but it can be learned much faster than many traditional construction trades. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, we can teach you the process.

• Bathtub and shower refinishing
• Surface preparation and cleaning
• Sanding and minor repairs
• Masking and protecting work areas
• Primer and coating application
• Spray equipment operation
