Digital Signage Field Technician

Description

LED Field Service Technician- Travel needed

Core Duties:

Commission new digital LED signs at customer sites, including mounting/aligning indoor displays precisely (level, plumb, flat)
Complete “Clear to Service” forms and upload 4K photos post-install
Perform break/fix repairs (LED modules, power supplies, controllers) and preventative maintenance
Configure NovaStar and other display control systems
Log all service activity in a ticketing system with detailed notes
Support internal teams (install/config groups, NOC) when no field work is scheduled
Maintain customer satisfaction and safety compliance standards

Requirements:

5+ years field service/maintenance experience
2–3 year electronics degree or 4-year apprenticeship (or equivalent training)
Experience working at heights (up to 100 ft) using bucket trucks/scissor lifts
Valid driver’s license, clean record, willing/able to travel extensively
Strong networking knowledge (hardline, wireless, cellular) and electrical installation/service background
