Left Coast Painting is looking for qualified individuals for our team

Painters

All positions require the following
*Must have a smart phone, this is how you will clock in and out for your shifts
*Must have reliable transportation, we work all over the Bay Area
*Must have a valid ID card

We are looking to add responsible people to our team. Punctuality is a must! Candidates must possess the ability to engage and communicate with their foreman, homeowners, contractors, subcontractors and other team members. Must be clean and organized, we work in high-end residential settings and must be clean and organized in every aspect of our projects. We are a busy company that engages in dry rot repairs, painting and drywall. All candidates will be required to work in all areas (painting, drywall, dry rot repairs). Must not be afraid of heights.

Apprentice painter: $23-25/hr

Some painting experience required. should have basic knowledge of interior and exterior painting process. Have a grasp on what tools are being used day to day and ability to take constructive advice on improving skill sets

Painter: $25-28/hr
3-5 years of painting experience. Clear understanding of all painting processes. Understand and recognize problems with interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting. Be able to problem solve and communicate issues to project managers or contractors. Understands how to use, clean and operate sprayers. Should have full understanding of all interior and exterior paint processes.
