Level A Auto Tech Wanted - Flag Rate - Tons of Work - Call Amir

We're John Kamal Cars, a Buy Here Pay Here dealership in SW Houston, and we're very backed up right now - the work keeps coming in faster than we can turn it around. Our service director is running the shop almost single-handed and we've been sending overflow work out to other shops just to keep up. We need a real Level A technician to fix that this week.

This isn't entry-level. You'll do full-spectrum work - engine, transmission, electrical, diagnostics - plus everything a Level B tech handles like brakes, suspension, and maintenance. You'll be the one we hand the toughest jobs to, the ones currently going out the door to other shops. Bring you on, and that stops. Less running around, more autonomy, your own bay, and you'll naturally end up the senior tech other guys look to.

What we need: valid driver's license or State I.D. (required); your own tools; real hands-on experience across systems, not just oil changes and brakes; Texas Inspection License a plus, not required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred - most of our customers speak Spanish.

Pay: Flag rate, $30-$38/hour (exact rate confirmed at interview based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday 9am-2pm

We are not short on work - we're short on qualified hands. If you're good, you'll stay busy and get paid for it.

Somos John Kamal Cars, un dealer de venta con financiamiento propio en el suroeste de Houston, y estamos muy atrasados ahora mismo - sigue llegando mas trabajo del que podemos manejar. Necesitamos un verdadero tecnico Nivel A esta semana.

Este no es un puesto de nivel principiante. Hara trabajo completo - motor, transmision, electrico, diagnostico - ademas de todo lo que hace un tecnico Nivel B. Sera la persona a quien le demos los trabajos mas dificiles, los mismos que ahora mandamos a otros talleres. Si lo contratamos, eso se acaba.

Lo que necesitamos: licencia de conducir valida o identificacion estatal (requerido); herramientas propias; experiencia real en varios sistemas; Licencia de Inspeccion de Texas es un plus; bilingue ingles/espanol preferido.

Pago: Por bandera, $30-$38 por hora (tarifa exacta se confirma en la entrevista segun experiencia)
Horario: Lunes-Viernes 8:30am-6pm, Sabado 9am-2pm
